I am currently a Principal Engineer specializing in Device Modeling and Characterization for Power Product Lines at GlobalFoundries, Bengaluru. Before joining GlobalFoundries, I earned my Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. My primary area of research during my doctoral programme was "Development of Neuromorphic Computing Platforms Utilizing Ferroelectric FETs".
