Musaib Rafiq

Hailing from Srinagar, I am currently working as a Principal Engineer at GlobalFoundries Bengaluru, focusing on Device Modeling and Characterization within the Power Product Line technology. Before that, I completed my Ph.D. in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Kanpur. I was selected for the Prime Minister's Fellowship (PMRF) in the Dec-21 cycle. I carried out my research work under the joint supervision of Prof. Yogesh Singh Chauhan and Dr. Shubham Sahay. My primary area of research was "Neuromorphic Computing Platforms utilizing Ferroelectric FETs."
